Honoring our Warfighters - Memorial Day

This Memorial Day, we honor the brave men and women who've given everything in defense of our great nation – from the engineers who built pontoon bridges under fire in the Civil War to the combat troops clearing IEDs in Iraq and Afghanistan. At MNS Group we're proud to support the DIB with the cybersecurity, compliance, and secure enclave solutions they need to accomplish their missions to keep today's warfighters safe.
The Roots of Memorial Day
In 1868, General John A. Logan established Decoration Day, now Memorial Day, to decorate the graves of those who died in defense of their country. What began as a tribute to civil war heroes now honors all Americans who gave their lives in uniform.
250 Years of Military Engineers
2025 marks an important anniversary of heroes that are not often considered: the military engineer. The ingenuity and courage of military engineers have shaped battlefields and the world, time and time again. Military engineers have been indispensable in every conflict, whether it was Colonel Richard Gridley's siege works in the Revolutionary War or the sappers who cleared paths on Normandy’s shores.
Modern Combat Support
Today's war fighters face threats both physical and digital. At MNS Group, our cybersecurity solutions contribute to non-kinetic defense and mission-critical collaboration in cyberwarfare being waged. All this, to prevent and limit kinetic warfare.
This Memorial Day, we pause to remember those who paid the ultimate price and recommit ourselves to empowering every service member, engineer, and support specialist who follows in their footsteps.
