SERVICE MANAGER:  Seeking Service Manager to supervise Help Desk and Technicians, assign work, establish priorities, assure availability of resources and provide assistance to Technicians.  Provide advanced professional and technical support and troubleshooting to network, server, computers, systems hardware and software.

Education:  Bachelor Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience.

Experience:  4 – 6 years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations with extensive exposure to the use of servers and computers in a business setting.  Must have at least four years of experience in help desk or network support.  Must have at least three years management experience in an Information Technology Help Desk environment.

Certification:  Microsoft MCP, MCSE , MCSI, or PMP (desirable)

TECHNICIAN:  Seeking advanced helpdesk technician to provide professional and technical support and troubleshooting to network, server, computers, and/or systems hardware and software.

Experience:  2 – 4 years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations with extensive exposure to the use of servers and computers in a business setting.  Must have at least one year of experience in help desk or network support.

Certification:  Microsoft MCP, MCSE or MCSI.

SALESPERSON:  Seeking  inside and outside sales representative to set appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
