We offer three types of service packages depending on the size and complexity
of your network.
These are:
- Hourly services for small clients, typically 1-8 computers.
- Prepaid support packages including both phone and onsite support
at reduced rates. Usually best for offices with 10 to 20 computers or
more complex networks involving multiple sites.
- Flat-rate full-service network management, including 24/7 automated
monitoring of critical systems, proactive management of software
and system upgrades, and comprehensive integration services dedicated
to making your IT investment work for you, not against you. All of this
is at a fixed monthly fee so you can plan your IT budget around your
business needs.
We understand that no two businesses have the same needs or
concerns when it comes to technology. We will work with you
to determining the best service offering or hybrid for your needs. Our first
meeting is always free of charge!
Regardless of the service package you choose, all our clients have access
to the same highly trained staff and award winning support tools. Our
technicians average 12 years of experience in high level enterprise network
management and hold top level industry certifications from companies like
Microsoft, Cisco, Novell and Red Hat. We have extensive experience with
supporting systems such as:
- Microsoft Windows servers, NT 4.0 through 2003 R2 Enterprise 64 bit (including
the Small business Server Versions)
- Microsoft Exchange Servers and SendMail,
Red Hat, Suse, Debian, Novell Linux Variants, SCO Unix, BSD
and OpenBSD
- Cisco IOS and PIX Firewalls, Novell Netware 3.2 and higher, Apple OS
9.x and up (OS X etc.)
- In addition we also support most common
desktop applications and legacy software.
We work with many
top vendors such as CDW and Dell and leverage these relationships
to get our clients the best prices on new systems and hardware,
and we never resell or mark up purchases.
