Jim Geier

Jim Geier is the President of MNS Group. Geier previously served as the Principal Owner of CIO Solutions and has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technologies. In just over five years at CIO Solutions, Geier helped grow the Information Technology Consulting Firm as one of the most respected and sought after firms in the Tri-State region, providing network engineering, project management, as well as custom application programming and training.

Geier’s extensive industry experience includes various management positions with RWD Technologies, Allegis Group, Maxim Healthcare Services and Aerotek, Inc. His experience in the IT field has served clients of all sizes. Geier is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park.

Toby Musser

Toby Musser is the CEO of MNS Group. He has dedicated more than 15 years in the Information Technology industry and spent the last three years as CEO of Managed Network Services Group Acquisition Company LLC. Toby joined Managed Network Services Group Acquisition Company LLC in 2001 as the Chief Information Officer and was promoted to CEO in 2006. Musser’s experience in the IT industry consists of management positions with LocalOrigination Software, Tantalis Technologies, Health Care Information Systems and Musser Enterprises.

MANAGED NETWORK SERVICES GROUP AND CIO SOLUTIONS, INC. MERGE TO FORM MNS GROUP

Newly Formed MNS Group will Provide Information Technology Consulting and Management Information Services to Businesses of All Sizes

Baltimore, MD – MNS Group today announced that two local Maryland companies, Managed Network Services Group and CIO Solutions, Inc., have merged to form MNS Group. The newly formed MNS Group will provide full-service Information Technology, Management Information Systems support and technology consulting services to business customers of all sizes across the country.

MNS Group will continue to grow as a managed services partner to its business clients and as an employer of technology consultants through the acquisition of other Information Technology Consulting firms. MNS Group serves a variety of business clients across the country in numerous industries including Ripken Baseball, Harford County Community College, Renewable Energy Products, and Mister, Burton, Pulmisano and French, CPA

MNS Group’s newly formed management team has named Jim Geier as President. Toby Musser will serve as Chief Executive Officer and David Elkes has been named Chief Operating Officer. MNS Group has offices in Bel Air and Owings Mills, Maryland and employs a nationwide group of Helpdesk, On-site support, and technology consultants. MNS Group provides outsourced managed information services (MIS) to its business partners and clients, including fully-staffed help desk services, on-site support, a network monitoring center and an administration consulting group to serve as an external IT department for its clients or dedicated teams to work with a client’s existing internal IT staff as needed.

Before today’s announced merger, CIO Solutions formerly provided small to medium-sized businesses with Information Technology consulting services including network engineering, project management, custom application programming and training. Managed Network Services Group formerly provided managed IT and MIS services to small and mid-sized businesses as an outsourced service for companies with five to 2500 computers.

David Elkes has more than 20 years of experience in the IT field including project planning, designing and developing software, providing technical support and planning. Elkes’ previous roles in the industry include serving as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors for CIO Solutions, Executive Training Specialist with Manpower Professional, Business Information Officer with Allegis Group, Vice President of Information Technology for Creditrust Corporation and Vice President of Engineering for CRSS Data Systems.
