1. You have a lot of information here, but in English, what is it exactly do you do?

MNSG is an Information Technology (IT)/Management Information Systems (MIS) services for business to outsource to. We provide help desk, onsite support, planning, and all the other functions a full time staff would provide, or we can assist on-site full time staff.

2. Why should I pay you to do my IT? I like the control of having IT in house.

We understand fully the desire to keep control of IT in house.  But consider this: for about the cost of a single qualified System or Network Administrator, MNS Group can provide you a fully staffed helpdesk, network monitoring center, and administration team.  Even if you do decide to retain an onsite employee MNS Group can still provide valuable additional support in the instance of sickness, vacation, staff turnover or projects that are simply too large or complex for a single employee to handle efficiently

3. I really like my IT person, but I feel he may be in over his head on this next project; can you work with him/her?

Many of our clients have full time IT staff that simply need to be assisted from time to time with specific projects.  We strive to work with your business in whatever form that takes, including using our expertise to bridge between management and IT personnel to help ensure projects are executed efficiently and professionally.

4. Can you just help me secure my network and get rid of spyware/virus/malware?

We would be happy to help you come on site to help you baseline and clean your systems to give you assurance that everything is as it should be now and in the future.

5. How do I know I won’t become inextricably linked to you and forced to continue service if I no longer wish to?

Many of our clients have hired us to remove them from just the scenario you describe. By keeping all your documentation up to date, and onsite with you – including all your administrative passwords and information you are protected from, being “held hostage”. Besides, if you no longer need our services, just let us know!  Our services contract is non-binding, give us 30 days to help you transition to your new plan and we will be happy to help!

6. How does MNSG handle my private information?

MNSG has every employee sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) as a requirement of employment. All staff under go backround checks as well. All your personal information is kept only as needed to transact business, or at your request. MNSG will never share or resell any information about you or your business unless you instruct us to.
